Instructions & Interviews offered in English & Thai
Vipassana means insight into the true nature of reality.
The Four Foundations of Mindfulness, as taught by the Buddha, guides one to develop a deep awareness the body, feelings, mind and the mental phenomena that may arise. This method leads the meditator to achieve wisdom, full liberation, freedom and realization of the Dhamma (Universal Law of Nature) within oneself, just as the Buddha did.
This 3-day retreat is a rare opportunity for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Part-time participants are welcomed. Please contact Ben to schedule instructions & interviews.
Thai custom is to wear white clothing.Bring your own cushions, benches, or sitting devices (chairs are available).
Retreat offered by donation
